1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CashWorld, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of an eligible jurisdiction to participate. CashWorld is void in Washington, Idaho, and where otherwise prohibited by law. You may only have one account per person.
3. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to play or win Sweep Cash. Free Gold Coins and Sweep Cash are available through daily login bonuses, the Coin Recycler, and gameplay. Purchasing Gold Coin packages is entirely optional and only provides convenience.
4. Gold Coins
Gold Coins have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or prizes. They are a virtual currency used solely for gameplay on the CashWorld platform. Unused Gold Coins have no cash value upon account closure.
5. Sweep Cash
Sweep Cash is the prize currency used in our sweepstakes promotion. Sweep Cash may be redeemed for prizes subject to minimum redemption thresholds, identity verification, and applicable laws. CashWorld reserves the right to modify redemption rates and available prizes.
6. Account Rules
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each player may only maintain one active account. Fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of automated tools will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: use automated software or bots; exploit bugs or glitches; create multiple accounts; engage in money laundering; threaten or harass other users; or violate any applicable law.
8. Modifications
CashWorld reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
CashWorld is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
